Can I shop at House of Whacks if I'm in Las Vegas?
House
of Whacks is on-line exclusively, we have no walk-up facility.
2. What should I do if I need an outfit
for a special event?
You must choose the appropriate shipping option, allowing two business days for
processing, and note your delivery deadline in the comments section of your
order.

What is your payment policy?
All
orders are charged as they are processed and shipped. We accept
Visa, Master, and Discover cards on-line though our Secure Server.
4.
What is your return policy?
Because latex clothing is extremely personal, it is our policy not to sustain
cancellation, exchange, or refund for any merchandise unless by prior arrangement.
In the event that any refunds are given there is a minimum 15% re-stocking
fee for items taken from inventory.
5. Do you repair latex
clothes?
We
are not able to perform any repair work as we no longer produce
the latex clothing that we sell.
6.
What if there is something wrong with my order when it arrives?
We
take a lot of care to make sure every order we fill is in perfect
condition, and we expect you to receive it that way. Please thoroughly
inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any questions,
complaints, claims for shortages, or goods lost or damaged in
transit, they must be addressed within 5 working days of receipt
of the order.
7.
Can I send my order back to you?
We
do not accept any returned packages without a return authorization
number (RA#). Packages sent to us without an RA# will be refused.
